Africa With Us Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS: At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit per person per Tour is due to Africa With Us. If the booking is made 30-days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

TRIP CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS. However, In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as pandemic restrictions, terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, weather, etc. we will
reschedule or cancel the trip and you will automatically receive 100% trip credit. If you purchase travel insurance on your trip if you have to cancel for any reason you submit a claim to your travel insurance provider and your eligible to be approved for a refund

TRIP PACKAGE ADJUSTMENTS: The trip is sold as a package. If you have to leave early no problem we will accommodate your plans but we have to manage your expectation that the full trip package is already paid for and non refundable. If you desire to stay longer, we will accommodate those plans as well for an additional fee

DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING: The information required by Africa With Us will vary by Tour and will be communicated to you or to our authorized agent during the booking process. Africa With Us will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.

ITINERARY CHANGES & FLEXIBILITY: Itineraries are subject to modification and change due to unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment or comfort.  In the unlikely event that there are major changes to the itinerary, clients are notified as soon as possible and an equivalent substitution will be offered. Any changes are at the discretion of Africa With Us. 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:  While participating on any of our tours, photography and video of the trip activity is taken throughout the entire trip and shared with clients post trip. By participating on this trip, you consent to any such pictures and video
being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Africa With Us , its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you. Africa With Us will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

 VISA REQUIREMENTS:  Travel visas are required for many countries visited on our packages. It is the responsibility of each traveler to comply with them and to secure the proper travel documents. To avoid disappointment and unnecessary expenses,
please carefully review the requirements so that you can obtain all necessary documents well before your trip. Requirements are subject to change, often without notice, and we suggest you verify requirements with the relevant embassy or
consulate. We will not be held responsible for any charges, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to incorrect or missing visas. It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical
certificates) and insurance policies.

 REQUIRED TRAVEL INSURANCE:   All clients attending an Africa With Us trip are required to purchase a Travel Insurance policy. Travel insurance is required. You can purchase your own or go with our recommended insurance company called World
Nomads.  You can receive covid cancellation coverage, lost or stolen baggage coverage, medical coverage, and more. Whether you purchase travel insurance through our recommendation or purchase your own we require all our travelers obtain travel insurance.

DAMAGES:  We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses, delays and/or accidental expenses due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, terrorism, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, sickness, quarantine, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these packages. Regarding any and all services and accommodations furnished, we
expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the duration of the trip or otherwise. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers.

 PHYSICAL FITNESS POLICY:  All trips require that you are able to at least walk at a mile and participate in fitness and or dance activities. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned
activities.

 ROOMMATE POLICY: If you book double occupancy for your trip and you do not have a roommate we will pair you with another traveler, of the same gender, who also needs a roommate. However, if 60 days before your trip, you do not have a roommate;
and you didn’t upgrade to single room accommodation, you will be required to pay the single occupancy upgrade fee for your trip.

AIRFARE: Tour prices do not include international or other airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Tour’s descriptions. Our Africa With Us travel agent, Lesley Hope (lesley@hope4moretravel.com) will quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared ( note a charge of $100 for fight arrangement services will be added to your invoice if you move forward with her booking). Africa With Us is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times.
