Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Africa With Us, we invest significant time and financial resources to secure accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, permits, and other travel services on behalf of our travelers. Because these arrangements are made well in advance and often involve non-refundable payments to third-party suppliers, all payments made to Africa With Us are subject to the following policy.

All Payments Are Non-Refundable

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all deposits, installment payments, and final payments made to Africa With Us are non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Illness or injury
• Family emergencies
• Work or scheduling conflicts
• Visa denial or delays
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Government travel advisories
• Natural disasters
• Weather events
• Personal circumstances
• Any other unforeseen event

Cancellation by Traveler

If a traveler chooses to cancel their participation in a trip for any reason, no refund will be issued for payments already made.  Africa With Us is under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling for any cancelled reservation.

Travel Insurance

Africa With Us requires that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, as soon as possible after making their initial trip payment.

Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for eligible losses depending on the policy purchased and the circumstances of cancellation.

Third-Party Supplier Policies

Africa With Us works with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, and other third-party vendors. Many of these suppliers maintain strict non-refundable policies. Africa With Us cannot issue refunds for amounts already paid to these suppliers.

Cancellation by Africa With Us

If Africa With Us cancels a trip due to circumstances within our control, travelers may be offered one or more of the following:

• Transfer to another departure date;
• Travel credit toward a future trip; or
• Refund, less any unrecoverable costs already paid to third-party suppliers.

If a trip is affected by events beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, civil disturbances, or force majeure events Africa With Us reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the itinerary. Refunds in such cases are subject to the recoverability of funds from third-party suppliers.

Acceptance of Policy

By submitting a deposit or making any payment to Africa With Us, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy and accept that all payments are subject to the terms outlined above.

Deposits: At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit per person per Tour is due to Africa With Us. If the booking is made 30-days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Trip Package Adjustments: The trip is sold as a package. If you have to leave early no problem we will accommodate your plans but we have to manage your expectation that the full trip package is already paid for and non refundable. If you desire to stay longer, we will accommodate those plans as well for an additional fee

Details Required for Booking: The information required by Africa With Us will vary by Tour and will be communicated to you or to our authorized agent during the booking process. Africa With Us will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete

information you have provided.

Itinerary Changes and Flexibility: Itineraries are subject to modification and change due to unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment or comfort. In the unlikely event that there are major changes to the itinerary, clients are notified as soon as possible and an equivalent substitution will be offered. Any changes are at the discretion of Africa With Us.

Photo/Video Release: While participating on any of our tours, photography and video of the trip activity is taken throughout the entire trip and shared with clients post trip. By participating on this trip, you consent to any such pictures and video being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license toAfrica With Us , its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of

promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you. Africa With Us will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

Visa Requirements: Travel visas are required for many countries visited on our packages. It is the responsibility of each traveler to comply with them and to secure the proper travel documents. To avoid disappointment and unnecessary expenses, please carefully review the requirements so that you can obtain all necessary documents well before your trip. Requirements are subject to change, often without

notice, and we suggest you verify requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. We will not be held responsible for any charges, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to incorrect or missing visas. It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for

entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical

certificates) and insurance policies.

Damages: We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses, delays and/or accidental expenses due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, terrorism, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, sickness, quarantine, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these packages. Regarding any and all services and accommodations furnished, we expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss,damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the duration of the trip or otherwise. All such losses or expenses will

be borne by the passengers.
