Once your click reserve my spot you will be taken to create an account on our customer info and payment platform to make your deposit or pay in full. If you choose payment installments your payments will be broken up into small automated equal payments invoiced electronically monthly to pay your remaining balance up until 30 days before your trip when full payment is due. Otherwise, if it’s less than 30 days to your trip, you will pay in full once you put down your deposit.
For your flight for the trip, you can receive assistance from our Flight Travel Agent, Lesley Hope, who will help you find the best suited flight based on your flight needs, preferences and travel route.
Even though you have the option of booking yourself we strongly suggest booking with her because of the following reasons:
Assurance that your departure and arrival is with the group
Any last minute flight delays or cancellations on your itinerary she will help you manage
She knows how to find the best routes for a consolidated affordable price
She makes sure you don’t forget anything in terms of what you need for your flight before you travel
You will fill out a travel info form. Then she will reach out to you with a follow up for your flight options.
The AWU team will be in touch months leading up to the trip in terms of what you need for travel prep (Visa, packing, country entry requirements, etc.)
Once on ground you are welcomed with open arms by our team upon arrival and your trip is worry free as all your activities, transport, accommodation and food is taken care of.
